A few weeks ago, I placed an order for a very special and important occasion. At first, the service was good , the staff were patient, attentive, and took the time to help me clearly lay out my order. Everything was discussed: the number of shirts and the different texts to be printed. Unfortunately, a mistake was made: one of the shirts was missing a specific print. I only noticed it at the last minute, and since it was meant to be a surprise, I was really disappointed. I reached out to the team, and they agreed to make the missing shirt, even though the surprise had already passed. When I went to pick it up, I asked how the mistake happened, but the person on site seemed defensive. A manager who wasn’t there when I originally placed my order immediately stated that there would be no refunds, without even taking the time to hear me out or speak to me directly. He stayed on a ladder doing something else while the situation was being explained to him. I understand that mistakes can happen, but I think the situation could have been handled with a bit more care , or at the very least, with a sincere apology. Ordered 58 t-shirts and 11 hoodies for a robotics team. Print was high-quality (the colors pop out nicely) and the owners had great communication + showed mockups.
