If I visit your location in person, can I bring my own items or apparel to get printed on?

Certainly! We can print on cotton, polyester, or spandex materials, offering versatility for your custom designs. Please ensure that the items are new and unworn for the best printing results.

What fonts can I pick from?

Our design tool provides an extensive range of Google Fonts, and if you can’t find what you need, we support custom font uploads. Explore font databases like DaFont, share the download instructions with us, and we’ll integrate your preferred font into our system.

Can I place an order and pick it up in-store?

Certainly! Our website offers a seamless ordering process with the convenience of in-store pick-up. Simply place your order online and select the in-store pick-up option at checkout.

What if shipping is delayed?

At T-Shirt Express, we prioritize swift order processing and shipment. However, please note that once the product is shipped, delivery is managed by our reliable shipping partners. If any issues arise, our dedicated customer service team is here to assist you and find a satisfactory resolution.

Are your prices only for a 1 colour design?

Our pricing is determined by the style of print, and you can easily estimate the cost using our design tool when creating your custom design.

What if there is a problem with my order?

We stand behind the quality of our custom products. If you receive items that are significantly different or flawed, you can request an exchange within 15 days. We’ll review your claim within 1-3 business days for a reprint. Your satisfaction is our priority. Please take a look at our Refund Policy for more details

Do you do sample orders?

Unfortunately, we do not offer samples for regular orders. However, if you are making a commercial bulk order, please contact us to discuss the possibility of sending samples.

What happens if I want to change my order or add notes to my order?

Please note that once an order is placed, we cannot accept any additional notes or modifications. Orders can only be canceled if the order has not started yet, as we are committed to promptly processing and fulfilling your order.

What resolution is optimal for my artwork?

For optimal results, high-resolution pictures are recommended, but if you have your artwork in Vector format, that would be ideal.

What file types do you accept for upload?

For optimal results, we accept .jpeg, .png, .eps, and .pdf file formats. High-resolution .jpeg or .png images are recommended, as well as vectored .eps/.pdf images without embedded artwork and with all fonts converted to outlines.

My image looks pixelated, can you fix it?

We apologize for the inconvenience, but we are unable to fix pixelated images. The quality of the print will depend on the resolution and clarity of the image you provide.

What happens if the artwork I upload infringes on copyright laws?

We take copyright infringement seriously. If your uploaded artwork contains proprietary logos, brands, or characters, we may need to remove those elements and proceed with printing the remaining graphic. In such cases, we will contact you to discuss any concerns or potential issues related to the artwork.

What happens if my artwork or garments are sized larger or smaller than expected?

Please note that we cannot process exchanges for garments that do not fit based on your expectations. Additionally, we cannot guarantee the exact size and positioning of artwork on the garments. While we make every effort to use the artwork as supplied, we may need to adjust it to fit within our production parameters.

For your reference, here are our standard print guidelines:

Front Left or Right Chest: 3-4″ wide
Front Standard: 10-12″ wide
Back Standard: 10-12″ wide
Sleeve Prints: 3.5″-5″ wide
Hats: 3-5″ wide

Please understand that refunds or exchanges will not be provided for artwork sizes that fall within our standard parameters, regardless of the size of the mockup you created in the design studio. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

Do you have a sizing chart for the items?

Certainly! Each apparel item comes with its own size chart. You can easily access the size chart by visiting the product page of the specific item you are interested in. This will provide you with accurate measurements and help you select the perfect size for your needs.
