What if there is a problem with my order?
Do you do sample orders?

Unfortunately, we do not offer samples for regular orders. However, if you are making a commercial bulk order, please contact us to discuss the possibility of sending samples.

What happens if I want to change my order or add notes to my order?
What resolution is optimal for my artwork?
For optimal results, high-resolution pictures are recommended, but if you have your artwork in Vector format, that would be ideal.
What file types do you accept for upload?

For optimal results, we accept .jpeg, .png, .eps, and .pdf file formats. High-resolution .jpeg or .png images are recommended, as well as vectored .eps/.pdf images without embedded artwork and with all fonts converted to outlines.

My image looks pixelated, can you fix it?
